KINGSFIELD IT

Kingsfield IT, a fast growing public sector tech procurement business based in Manchester, is recognised for its transparency, expertise and connection to big brands like Microsoft. Due to the speed of growth & addition of ed-tech products, their website needed landing pages to support this. Prospective customers are high level leaders in education organisations, who need a simple, interactive resource to help them decide which Ed-tech package would be most suitable for their budget & requirements.

Customer Journey

The project kicked off with an in-depth discussion with the in-house Microsoft Ed-Tech Specialist, where they shared their thoughts and overall vision for the project. From this, I wrote up a customer journey map showing where in the customer journey the landing pages would sit.

Design Process

Firstly, I put together a quick Figma design file with initial wireframes including key components and ommiting extras. From this, I gathered feedback from different departments to find out what could be improved and came up with a checklist to make sure that everyone is happy;
